Get Your Organization Organized

Is everything you need to get the job done at your fingertips?  Do you understand the impact that spending inordinate amounts of time looking for something – or preparing something that should have been readily available when needed – costs your organization? Perhaps even preparing duplicates because you cannot locate the originals? Everyone in an organization has a role to play in keeping on top of things.  It is one of the key responsibilities of a social profit board.  Disorganization can cause both board and staff endless frustration.  In addition to frustration there are probably many missed opportunities.  This workshop will offer some organizational tools that can be used to make life at your social profit just a little (or maybe a lot) easier.  This is a workshop that needs to be attended by staff AND a board member because the responsibility is shared.
